What we collect
martinmotors.it collects minimal data: anonymised page-view analytics (no personally identifying information), server-level access logs that retain IP for 30 days for abuse mitigation, and cookie preferences if you set them. We do not run remarketing pixels or third-party trackers beyond what's needed for the click-to-operator attribution.
Cookies
Two functional cookies: one stores your bonus-acknowledgment, the other records that you have seen the age-verification notice. No marketing or profile cookies are dropped. Cookie expiry: 90 days.
Click-tracking and affiliate attribution
When you click a CTA, the link routes through a server-side redirect at /go/. The redirect sets a single attribution parameter and forwards you to Megapari. We do not receive your email, phone, or registration details from Megapari, only an anonymised flag confirming you registered or deposited so commission can be paid.
Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
If you reside in the EU, UK, or California, you can request access, deletion, or export of any personal data we hold. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Third-party data sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Server logs are kept on infrastructure we control; analytics use first-party cookies aggregated on our origin.
